D.D. Trading (FZE) is a Free Zone Establishment licensed in the United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 22756, VAT 104054588900003), with its registered office at Saif Office Q1-08-086/A, Sharjah, UAE. We are an independent wholesale distributor of consumer electronics and are not an authorised reseller, agent, or representative of any of the manufacturers whose products we trade.

This website and our services are intended exclusively for businesses — including retailers, wholesalers, exporters and resellers. We do not sell to consumers. By submitting an application or order you represent that you are acting in the course of a registered business and that the individual submitting information is authorised to do so on its behalf.

We reserve the right to verify your business details and to decline or terminate any account or order at our sole discretion.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content (text, layout, graphics) is owned by or licensed to D.D. Trading (FZE) and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

Product references, models, grades and images on the website are indicative only. Stock is dynamic and subject to prior sale. Specifications, regional variants (e.g. EU, US, ME), packaging and accessories may change without notice and should be confirmed in writing at the time of quotation.

We make no representation that any specific item will be available at any given time.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document and, in any event, for no more than forty-eight (48) hours unless otherwise confirmed in writing. All prices are quoted in USD or AED, are exclusive of VAT (where applicable), duties, taxes, insurance and freight, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation and are based on prevailing market conditions, currency rates and stock availability.

An order is only binding once we have issued a written order confirmation (proforma invoice) and received cleared funds in accordance with the agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or partially fulfil any order, including in the event of pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory concerns.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required by bank wire transfer in full and in cleared funds before dispatch. Banking details (Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC; SWIFT MEBLAEADXXX) are provided on each proforma invoice. Any bank charges, intermediary fees and currency-conversion costs are for the customer's account.

We do not accept cash payments. Funds received from third parties unrelated to the customer may be returned and the order cancelled.

Unless agreed otherwise, goods are sold FCA Saif Zone, Sharjah (Incoterms® 2020). Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated carrier or upon collection at our warehouse, whichever occurs first.

Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, regulators, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

The customer must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any claim for shortage, damage in transit, or non-conformity must be notified in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence, the original packaging and serial numbers. Claims received after this period will not be entertained. Goods may not be returned without our prior written authorisation.

Genuine products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, in the regions for which they were produced. D.D. Trading (FZE) provides no additional warranty, express or implied, and assumes no responsibility for warranty service, which must be sought from the manufacturer's authorised service network in the relevant market.

The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export, re-export, import and sanctions laws, including those of the United Arab Emirates, the United States and the European Union. The customer warrants that the goods will not be supplied, directly or indirectly, to any sanctioned jurisdiction, entity or end-user, and will not be used for any prohibited end-use.

All trademarks, logos and brand names referenced on this website or in our documentation are the property of their respective owners. References are made solely for the purpose of identifying genuine products offered for resale. D.D. Trading (FZE) is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, Xiaomi, or any other manufacturer.

Stocklists, pricing, supplier information and any other non-public commercial information provided by D.D. Trading (FZE) are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties, published, or used for any purpose other than evaluating a transaction with us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D.D. Trading (FZE)'s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless D.D. Trading (FZE), its officers, employees and affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, fines and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the customer's breach of these Terms, misuse of the goods, or violation of any applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, embargoes, strikes, shortages of materials, failures of suppliers, or disruptions to shipping, customs or banking systems.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings against the customer in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
